amazing View. gym is one of the best of the hotels we stayed at in bangkok. you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the shopping mall and sukhumvit street (BTS). there is a free shuttle, but you have to follow the shuttle times and are not flexible. staff is very friendly. there is a 7 eleven supermarket next to the hotel, which is ideal for small items.

Room: Clean, tidy and spacious Bathroom: Clean, large with shower and bath tub. Shampoo/Conditioner/soap etc all complimentary. Robes, slippers, accessories all available In room Dining: Kitchenette with all accessories , fridge supplied with cold drinks, coffee/tea/snacks available View: Skyline view was amazing with a red sunrise. Room Service: 24/7 at our beck and call Amenities: Gym, pool, sauna, kids-zone, massage, roof top bar, court games, hair-dresser, and more Staff: Chief Concierge ‘Kai’ and his team never let us worry about a thing. Nothing to hard.

Although the hotel is tucked away down a Soi away from the Sukhumvit main drag a shuttle runs every half hour for those who choose not to walk. The Phrom Phong skytrain station and the EmQuartier shopping malls are found at the Sukhumvit / Soi24 road junction which is very handy. Asok and the Terminal 21 shopping mall are a short walk away. All the hotel staff were fabulous as was the room. Ours had a small kitchen unit and a large main bedroom with a bath/shower room attached. Nice bar/coffee area and breakfast had a variety of options with Asian and Western foods available.

i loved the breakfast as well as the room. wondeful, clean and spacious. For some unkown reason i was set in a room for wheelchair access, but oh well. i did not care. maybe they all are like this, i thought.

The staff was the best! Pui, Eve and Som made our stay exceptional and took special care of our every request. It was nice being greeted by them each day. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. Compliments to all the cooks, kitchen and dining staff.

Close location to major shops and extremely close to supermarkets, facilities pool- spa and kids play Area fabulous, staff fantastic, shuttle bus to Emporium shopping centre ever 30 minutes from 6am till 11pm with major restaurants nearby

The staff makes you want to extend your stay. They go out of their way to accommodate all your needs. The staff are the utmost professional and engage you with great conversations.

Room was spacious and comfortable, comes with washing machine and dryer which is very convenient. Breakfast selection is very good, but would be better if they provide more Thai selection for tourists to try. Overall a good stay.

Breakfast was exceptional, European, international and Asian kitchen. The staff is very friendly. The appartment is very big about 60 sqm. Kitchen is well equiped. Food in the Bistro is good

Daily regular shuttle service to train station. Apartment was nice with washing machine. Pool is nice, but like most buildings in Bangkok sunshine is limited due to surrounding High rise buildings.
